Is this really free?

Yes. The diagnosis, the twelve questions, the full written report, your primary and secondary problems, your offer rewrite, the three things to do this week; all of it is free. No card required. We only charge if after reading the report you choose to unlock the implementation toolkit (the AI tools and ready-made templates). That is optional and one-time.

How accurate is the diagnosis?

It is built from five years of Clixales client work and the same frameworks used in our paid consultations. It cross-references twelve signals from your answers to identify one of seven root-cause categories. It will not tell you what you want to hear; it tells you what your own answers reveal. Most owners describe it as 'the first honest read we have had'.

How long does it take?

Four to eight minutes if you type briefly, twelve minutes if you are thorough. You can use voice dictation on mobile for the open-ended questions. You do not have to finish in one sitting; your progress is saved in your browser until you submit.

Do I need an account?

No account to start. At the end of the diagnosis we ask for your name, email, and WhatsApp number so we can show your report, email a copy, and follow up on WhatsApp only if you ask us to. We do not send newsletters, promotional blasts, or sell your details.

Why do you need my WhatsApp number?

Because most founders we diagnose want to talk to a human after reading their report. Our team reaches out on WhatsApp only if you reply or ask for implementation help. No automated drip sequences, no cold calls.

Will the tools and templates work for my business?

They work for any business that sells to humans; services, coaching, physical products, ecommerce, info products, consulting. The tools are briefed with your specific diagnosis, so the outputs reference your actual offer, your actual buyer, and your actual contradictory element. If after unlocking them you find they truly do not fit your business, email hello@clixales.com within seven days and we will refund in full, no questions.

Why ₦15,000 for lifetime access? What is the catch?

There is no catch. Founding-member pricing is open only for the first 500 paid accounts. We chose the number deliberately; it is the smallest price that does not attract freeloaders and the largest price that does not exclude early-stage founders across Africa. Once the 500 spots close, the platform moves to monthly pricing for new members. Founding members keep lifetime access forever.

What if I run the diagnosis and it tells me my business is fine?

It will not. Every business that has ever been diagnosed has at least one specific, nameable problem; the diagnosis names it precisely and tells you what to do about it. The question is whether the problem is critical, high, or moderate priority.
